Shipping and Returns
Shipping to the UK
All orders above £30 (excluding Next Day Delivery items) are shipped for Free using Royal Mail's Standard 2nd Class service.
For orders under £30 we use Royal Mail for our shipping and all postal costs are based on their Standard First Class, Signed For service. If you need to guarantee delivery before 1pm the following working day we also offer a 'Next Day Delivery' option. This is not eligible for Free Postage and only the standard postage cost will be refunded in the event of you returning the item.
We aim to ship orders that are received before 4pm, Tuesday to Friday and before 11.30, Saturday on the same day.
Shipping to the EU and Worldwide
We are currently unable to routinely ship items to the EU or Worldwide. If you live outside the UK please contact us for a quote either by email or phone using the contact details below.
We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items for any reason and wish to return them, please notify us of this within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You then have 14 days to return them, unworn, with any labels attached. Once we have received the goods in good order then we are happy to either exchange them or provide you with a full refund.
Please note that your return postage is not refundable, but there is no extra postage payable for exchanged items to be sent. (UK only). Also please be aware that if you opted for an enhanced shipping option, eg. guaranteed next day delivery, then only the basic postage cost will be refunded.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend you use some sort of tracking service for return postage.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
